Experience in project management and leading IT teams</span> </span></span></div> Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices</span> </span></span></div> Capable to build Technical documentation</span> </span></span></div> Excellent problem -solving and troubleshooting skills</span> </span></span></div> Strong communication and leadership skills</span> </span></span></div> Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities</span> </span></span></div> Experience in the tech industry or similar role is a plus</span> </span></span></div> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field</span> </span></span></div> Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)</span></span>
