Data Analyst

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Proven experience analyzing, reconciling, and validating complex datasets.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving data quality issues across multiple systems.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB, Databricks, or similar modern data platforms.
• Experience working with data ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills.
• Ability to independently investigate complex data issues and identify root causes.
• Ability to communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Media, Entertainment, or Streaming environments.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets across multiple operational systems.
• Experience supporting multi-system data environments and integrations.
• Experience developing or improving automated data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
• Experience designing, analyzing, or supporting data models across multiple platforms.
