Solution Architect Customer Service Systems

We are looking for a hands?on Solution Architect to design and deliver creative, scalable solutions across our global Customer Service business.In this role, you will shape the architecture of our service processes across SAP S/4HANA, SAP CS, SM & SD, Service Cloud (C4C V2), SAP Field Service Management, and Asset Manager.You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and implementation partners to ensure robust, future?ready service solutions.To be considered for this role, candidates must be willing to relocate to Switzerland and hold eligibility to work in Switzerland through EU/EFTA citizenship.This is where you’ll excelYou design and deliver high?quality solution architectures for the Epics and initiatives you ownYou elaborate solution concepts, perform requirements engineering, and create system and program specificationsYou coordinate internal and external development partners, including quality checks and testingYou independently perform SAP S/4HANA CS/SM/SD/FSM customizing and document system setupsYou support global implementation projects and provide third?level support for global usersThese are the skills you’ll needBachelor’s degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a similar Solution Architect or Application Manager roleStrong experience with SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS), Sales & Distribution (SD) as well as experience with Service Management in S/4Proven ability to create architecture deliverables in both waterfall and Agile environmentsFluency in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills#J-*****-Ljbffr
