Services Consultant is to provide:

• Ensure adherence to program and project management best practices and methodologies.
• Develop, communicate, track and monitor the various program and project schedules.
• Deliver timely and accurate project reporting.
• Schedule and conduct meetings as required, including but not limited to, identifying, tracking, and monitoring issues, risks and change requests.
• Track, monitor, evaluate and communicate progress and status against tight deadlines.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across IT and business units to gather detailed project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, or SharePoint, managing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation effectively.
• Oversee project execution utilizing Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Waterfall, or Kanban methodologies to adapt to project needs while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively; implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project progress.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), review test cases, and oversee release management processes to guarantee successful deployment of cloud solutions.
• Monitor project performance through metrics such as SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) adherence, version control (VersionOne), and IT governance standards.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels; prepare status reports and presentations that highlight progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Lead program management activities for multiple related projects; coordinate efforts across teams to achieve strategic objectives efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with disaster recovery plans, security policies, and organizational standards for cloud computing environments.

• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects within cloud computing environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a plus; familiarity with other cloud platforms is beneficial.
• Expertise in project management methodologies including PMI’s PMBOK framework, SDLC processes, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as TFS (Team Foundation Server), VersionOne, Jira, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components like SQL databases (SQL Server), Oracle databases, disaster recovery strategies, and IT governance principles.
• Excellent analysis skills for requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions; experience in user acceptance testing is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in program management; ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement; adept at negotiation and organizational skills for smooth project execution.
• Knowledge of software development practices including test-driven development (TDD) and release management procedures.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while balancing competing priorities; experience with project scheduling software is highly desirable.
