Content Designer (Blackboard Ultra, Articulate 360, Salesforce required)

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 5 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required, only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience in or knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts.

Must have at least two (2) years of comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs including but not limited to designing with 508C accessibility compliance.

Must have at least two (2) years of development of creative and engaging training materials for an adult audience, in a variety of formats and media, eLearning content, including storyboarding and user guides.

Must have at least three (3) years of experience in designing, building, and deploying eLearning courses using real-time technology.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience creating 508C accessible content that viable to be read by screen readers. (i.e., JAWS / NVDA).

Must have at least two (2) years of experience with multimedia and web design technologies, including video conferencing for example MS Teams/webinar technologies.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience with lesson and curriculum planning.

Must have at least two (2) years of excellent written and oral communications skills.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience with educational technologies and eLearning authoring tools such as: Articulate360, FlexClip, Accessibility readers or similar technologies.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience working with one (1)

or more multiple learning management systems listed below:

1. Blackboard, At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in word processing and desktop publishing tools and resources, * word processing and desktop publishing tools and resources: 5 years (Required)
