As the Data, Analytics and Tool Manager within Operations Digital Finance, you will lead the digital transformation of the Finance function by designing intelligent financial reporting and planning solutions and guiding their successful implementation.You will shape the future of finance at Novartis by leveraging advanced BI technologies, data architecture, AI, and machine learning. Partnering with multidisciplinary teams, you will streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and unlock meaningful insights across the organisation. If you’re passionate about technology, leadership, and creating impact-this role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop innovative BI and analytics solutionsthat optimize processes, improve decision-making, and advance strategic objectives.Engage senior leaders across functions and geographies, identifying business needs and trends and translating them into scalable digital tools.Lead and coordinate cross?functional and external teamsacross multiple locations, ensuring high?quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of complex projects.Ensure consistency, scalability, and qualityacross digital initiatives, while maintaining strong governance and cost control.Drive adoption of digital toolsby championing data accuracy, quality, and standardized deployment, building credibility and trust across the business.Align digital finance initiatives with Novartis strategic priorities, embedding data and digital innovation into TechOps Finance processes.Support and develop team members, fostering a high-performing digital finance team with a strong learning and innovation mindset.Collaborate closely with DD&IT and Data Science teamsto co-create best?in?class digital solutions that deliver measurable business value.Essential RequirementsUniversity degree required;Master’s degree or MBA preferred10 years of relevant experience in a multinational environmentProven expertise inbusiness intelligence, analytics, and digital finance transformationStrong project management experience incomplex, matrixed organisationsProficiency in:Data architecture and databases (SQL Server, Snowflake)Visualization tools (Power BI, SAC, QlikSense)AI/ML solution designExcellent communication skills inEnglish;Spanish is an advantageDesirable RequirementsExperience in thepharmaceutical or healthcare sectorPrevious success as aproduct ownerin digital finance or analytics initiativesAccessibility and accommodation: Novartis is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to all individuals.
