Reporting to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, this role will primarily support our Learning & Development projects while also contributing to broader Talent Management programs and organizational effectiveness efforts.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about designing impactful learning experiences, facilitating engaging development sessions, and helping build a strong culture of continuous growth across the company. You will play a key role in bringing our âLearning Machineâ culture to life by helping teams learn faster, grow stronger, and continuously evolve in a fast-paced and highly creative environment. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong execution, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for enabling people development at scale.Design and coordinate engaging learning and development experiences that align with business priorities and support employee growthFacilitate workshops, learning sessions, and development programs for employees and managers across the organizationSupport the evolution of Scopelyâs learning culture by helping create scalable, high-impact development initiatives aligned with our âLearning Machineâ mindsetPartner with People Business Partners and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and learning opportunitiesCreate compelling learning materials, facilitator guides, toolkits, communications, and development resources that drive engagement and adoptionHelp manage and execute talent initiatives, including performance cycles, feedback practices, career development, and talent reviewsCoordinate learning logistics and ensure a high-quality learner experience across programs and initiativesGather participant feedback and leverage insights and data to continuously improve learning effectiveness and engagementSupport the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Scopelyâs Learning Management System (LMS) and broader learning technology ecosystemHelp identify and leverage innovative learning tools, technologies, and AI-driven solutions that enhance learning experiences and support scalable development opportunitiesSupport change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives that strengthen team performance and employee growthContribute to building a strong feedback and development culture across the organization.Act as a collaborative partner who helps turn ideas into action and delivers with a high level of ownership and attention to detailWhat Weâre Looking ForBachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related People functionsExperience designing and facilitating learning experiences, workshops, or development programsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesCreative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into engaging and practical learning solutionsStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environmentsExperience working collaboratively across teams and stakeholdersInterest in learning technologies, AI-enabled learning solutions, and the future of workplace learningBonus PointsFamiliarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, or learning ecosystemsFamiliarity with talent management processes such as performance management, feedback, or career developmentExperience in gaming, tech, entertainment, or other highly creative industries is preferredPlease submit your CV in English.At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that! Requirements
