Cyber Engineer

Within the software department, the Sensor Processing group is responsible for the software development of optimal control and digital processing functions within the sensors. This work is performed in multidisciplinary teams alongside specialists in system engineering, functional sensor design, and the design and implementation of real-time systems. About the job Within this Sensor Processing group, the complete radar software is developed. This includes several domains such as controlling the radar systems, managing radar transmissions, and processing the digital information stream. The ultimate goal is to detect and classify specific objects, such as aircraft and drones, track them, and display them on an operator console. The software architecture is designed to be highly modular and supports the development of robust and evolutionary systems. Development takes place in Agile teams supported by a modern development toolchain. The teams themselves are responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of the architecture, the development toolchain, and the Agile process.
