to root cause analysis and resolution Design, implement, and maintain integrations between key business systems using APIs, EDI, file transfers, and web services Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency Enhance and develop business applications to meet evolving operational requirements Support a wide range of platforms including ERP, WMS, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Reporting solutions Maintain clear system documentation and work closely with users, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions About You 3+ years’ experience supporting business applications at 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line level Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps Solid knowledge of SQL and database technologies Experience integrating systems using APIs, XML, JSON, CSV, EDI, or web services Understanding of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
