Job description

Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical enterprise data models
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
Develop and optimize SQL queries to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
Design and maintain data models within MongoDB and enterprise database environments
Support data governance, data quality, and enterprise data architecture initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions
Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and promote data modeling best practices

Requirements

Our client is seeking a Senior Data Modeler with strong experience designing enterprise data models within the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will bring recent hands-on MongoDB experience, deep knowledge of mortgage data, and the ability to lead data modeling initiatives while partnering with business and technology stakeholders., * 8 10 years of experience in data modeling and database design

Recent hands-on experience with MongoDB in current or recent roles
Strong SQL and database performance optimization experience
Recent mortgage domain experience is required
Experience supporting Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, or similar mortgage organizations is highly preferred
Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and enterprise data governance
Proven ability to think independently, solve complex problems, and lead technical discussions
