Job description

  • Eigenständige Übernahme klassischer Assistenzaufgaben wie der Organisation von Meetings, Reisekoordination und Ablage
  • Konzeption und Pflege von Analysen, Budgetcontrolling, Reportings, Recherchen und Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung effizienter Kommunikation innerhalb des Bereichs
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle für interne und externe Geschäftspartner

Requirements

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Dynamisches Auftreten, Eigenständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Zahlenaffinität sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
