Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

Are you a Senior IT Support Engineer with strong Azure and networking experience, looking to step into a hybrid role where you can make a real technical impact? This could be an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking technology business., As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for supporting and enhancing hosted and cloud-based environments, with a particular focus on Azure networking and virtual infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot complex technical issues, support customers both remotely and on-site, and take ownership of system improvements and deployments.

This is a varied role that blends senior-level support, customer engagement, and technical leadership.

• Significant experience in a senior IT support or support engineering role
• Strong knowledge of Azure environments, virtual infrastructure, and networking concepts
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS systems, cloud platforms, and remote users
• The ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused, proactive approach
