Requirements

10+ years of ERP technical delivery experience with Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX, including multiple end-to-end implementations.
Strong expertise in D365 F&O architecture, X++, integrations, data entities, reporting, security, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
Knowledge of AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and AI-driven ERP solutions.
Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, release management, environment administration, and production support.
Ability to create solution architectures, technical designs, integration specifications, migration plans, and deployment documentation.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, estimation, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in Agile and global delivery environments., * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance & Operations, Azure, Power Platform, or Solution Architecture.
Experience delivering large-scale, multi-country D365 implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
Willingness to work in a global onsite-offshore delivery model and travel as required.
