The role

• Lead complex FI/CO transformation engagements
• Define Finance solution and process strategies
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops
• Develop consultants and future leaders
• Support RFPs and strategic pursuits
• Contribute to practice development

• 6+ years SAP FI/CO consulting experience
• Strong S/4HANA Finance expertise
• Proven customer and team leadership
• Excellent advisory and communication skills
• Experience supporting business development
• B2+ German
