The role

Lead multiple SAP Finance customer engagements
Develop and mentor Managers and senior consultants
Drive capability growth and delivery excellence
Build long-term executive customer relationships
Support strategic business development initiatives

Requirements

12+ years SAP FI/CO consulting experience
Proven consulting leadership experience
Strong SAP Finance transformation background
Experience developing consulting teams and customer relationships
German language skills at C1 level
