Multi-Skilled Security & Telecoms Engineer

This key role will entail installation, maintenance, project engineering, support and remote diagnostics an NCS’s portfolio of product ranges, applications and peripherals:

Structured Cabling (Cat5e, Cat6 & Fibre)

Voice over IP Telephony

Hosted Telephone Systems

Unified Communications

CCTV Systems

Door Access Control Systems

Intruder Alarm Systems

Fire Alarm Systems

Audio Visual Systems

Business Networking Infrastructure

Typical Duties

On-site installations

Installing and terminating structured cabling

Installing CCTV cameras and associated equipment

Assisting with access control, intercom and alarm installations

Configure IP networks and connected devices

Telephone system installations and migrations

AV installations including displays and audio systems

Carrying out planned maintenance and fault finding

Attending customer sites throughout Scotland and occasionally further afield

Keeping accurate job documentation

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

Working safely and following company procedures

We are looking for someone with the drive and motivation to deliver our services within the Security and Telecommunications industry.

You will have previous experience in all of the following:
