• Strong ERP systems experience with exposure to multiple platforms
• Demonstrable success in developing and implementing IT strategies and technology roadmaps
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and outsourced IT services
• Understanding of IT’s role in supporting business acquisitions and integration activities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic planning with operational delivery, * Experience leading technology transformation programmes
• Background in multi-site or complex manufacturing operations
• Exposure to M&A activity and post-acquisition systems integration
• Knowledge of modern IT governance, security, and infrastructure best practices
