SOAINT busca un Responsable de Oficina de Desarrollo Agéntico para liderar el diseño y construcción de un framework interno de agentes y subagentes IA, y para coordinar equipos de Arquitectura y QA.El rol implica definir estándares, integrar herramientas IA, gestionar backlog y roadmap, y reportar al CTO.Se requiere Ingeniería de Sistemas o Informática y experiencia en stack moderno (Java/Spring, Node.Js, Python) y en herramientas IA como Claude Code o OpenAI Agents SDK.#J-*****-Ljbffr
