Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent technical background. Experience At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, ideally within a Service Operation Center environment. Technical Skills Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V Cloud: AWS, Azure Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies Certifications (preferred) CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Security+ Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Or comparable certifications Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement. Willingness and ability to work in 24/7 shift schedules.
