IT Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to support large-scale system initiatives in a healthcare-focused environment. This role combines project leadership with hands-on business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operations and end-user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through the full lifecycle
• Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Gather and document business/technical requirements
• Facilitate Agile processes and stakeholder workshops
• Support system implementations and enhancements
• Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and vendors

• 5+ years of IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare or public sector environments
• Familiarity with case management systems

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $71.43 - $71.43/hr.
