Senior Specialist, Industry Solutions

Experteer Overview In this role you will translate MongoDB’s platform into industry-specific value, creating demos and content to showcase use cases across verticals.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to enable sales, tailor solutions, and drive account success in a fast-growing, remote team.You’ll develop industry-focused storytelling and go-to-market alignment, with a clear path toward consultancy.This position blends technical depth with business impact in a global context.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead creation of technical demos for industry-focused use cases * Generate and deliver content (white papers, blogs, webinars, thought leadership, events) to communicate business value * Collaborate with IST to tailor solutions and client content for accounts of various sizes * Support sales through enablement activities: discovery, demos, trainings, proofs of value, and decision criteria documentation * Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product to contribute to Go-To-Market strategy * Mentor teammates and share best practices * Travel up to 25% to meet clients, events, and team initiatives * Position path toward consultant role with growth trajectory tailored to strengths * Operate in a cross-functional, globally distributed team with a focus on industry modernization Responsabilidades * At least 3 years of relevant tech experience * Foundational knowledge of Python and Javascript * Foundational knowledge of data and/or data engineering * Strong communication and presentation skills * Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new industries * Experience or interest across multiple industries (finance, banking, healthcare) * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders * Proactive, self-starter mindset with drive to become an expert * Willingness to travel up to 25% * Team-oriented with process-driven approach Requisitos principales * remote/flexible work * travel up to 25% * fertility assistance * generous parental leave * accommodations for disabilities in application process * equal opportunities employer
