Konsento is searching a talented candidate for our client.Our client is a global life-science company, with 50,000 employees all over the globe and with presence in 47 countries at the moment.Job DescriptionThe Regional IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for building, maintaining and continuously improving the IT Infrastructure needed to run company’s laboratories and their applications;The role partners with the business in a true “IT as a Service” model; provide resilient, top-of-the-range, cost-efficient IT Infra services of the regional IT Infra team;They will execute the IT transformation program to segregate IT infra assets, coaching and steering their team, as part of the regional IT infra team.The role will be responsible for IT Service Management, IT Infra Transformation Program and IT Infra Operations.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage the regional IT team.Manage day?to?day delivery, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure systems and services, including hosting of regional business applications, WAN/LAN network management, IT security, backup and recovery, identity and access management, workplace and endpoint device management, and end?user support.Manage IT infrastructure projects and changes to continuously improve and upgrade systems, adapt them to changing business needs and standards, and ensure deployments with minimal disruption.Monitor and report on IT service quality and customer satisfaction against agreed KPIs and SLAs.Ensure Group IT infrastructure and security standards are implemented and adhered to.Lead the IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure Transformation Program and IT Infrastructure Operations.QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Computer Science (M.S.) or related field.5?10 years of experience leading or managing within a successful IT organization in at least two areas of IT infrastructure operations.5+ years of work experience with IT infrastructure project management in an international environment, preferably in an industrial or process?driven environment and ideally in the laboratory industry.Fluent spoken and written English.Extensive knowledge of compute (Windows Server, etc.), storage (NetApp, etc.), and network (Cisco, etc.) technologies.Cross?functional technical experience: Windows Server installations, Microsoft Active Directory and DNS, Microsoft Exchange **, data backup technologies, VMware, SAN/NAS storage systems, etc.In?depth understanding of virtual and cloud infrastructures (experience with Azure, AWS).Strong security awareness (ISO **).Extensive knowledge and experience with IT best?practice methodologies (ITIL, COBIT) and familiarity with BPMN, SCRUM, CMMi; GxP (GAMP5), GDPR.#J-**-Ljbffr
