Job description

L2 operational support for the MuleSoft platform, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution and SLA compliance across AWS, Azure and OpenShift. This is a Platform Operations / L2 Support role, not an API Development position. Main Tasks:

  • Manage and resolve L2 incidents within SLA.
  • Perform platform troubleshooting and log analysis.
  • Support deployments, releases and changes.
  • Execute runbooks, recovery procedures and operational tasks.
  • Document incidents, resolutions and known workarounds.
  • Perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify recurring issues.
  • Maintain simple automation scripts.
  • Support Flex/Omni Gateway operations.
  • Track actions and deliverables to closure.
  • Participate in production support meetings, on-call and major incidents.

Requirements

3-5 years MuleSoft Platform Management, MuleSoft Omni/Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, basic AWS & Azure, OAuth/OpenID & API Security, ITIL, Argo CI/CD, English C1, Computer Science or equivalent.
