Job description

  • Produce detailed 3D designs and technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
  • Develop innovative and manufacturable engineering solutions.
  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation and bills of materials.
  • Work closely with production and project teams to deliver cost-effective designs.
  • Support design improvements, problem solving, and product development activities.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

  • Experienced in a Design Engineer, CAD Engineer, or similar role.
  • Confident using Autodesk Inventor to produce high-quality 3D models and drawings.
  • Knowledgeable about manufacturing methods and engineering drawings.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a practical approach to design.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and communicating with colleagues across departments.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and general engineering administration
