in existing Merchant Fabrication AccountsCarry-out training courses for colleagues and channel partners (agents)Assist with marketing & promotional events, attend exhibitions, etc.Build and maintain relationships with key equipment manufacturers (OEMs)As the Business Development Manager, you already are or have;Performed as an effective team leader.Highly proficient in craft welding skills particularly in MIG/MAG, TIG welding and Oxy/fuel welding & cutting. Approved welding craft apprenticeship with extensive experience in the metal fabrication industry (welding & cutting).Up to date knowledge of technology in welding/fabrication sector.Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent self-discipline, good influencing & negotiating skills and highly developed sales ability.Good interpersonal skills and an excellent team playerGood PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internal software.At Air Products, we work in an environment where diversity is essential, inclusion is our
