Job description

As a DevOps Engineer at Interop Labs, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure. You’ll work closely with Engineers to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate systems, and support development and production environments across multiple blockchain ecosystems. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed environment and is passionate about automation, monitoring, and operational excellence., * Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable deployments across multiple environments.

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform and scripting languages.
  • Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.
  • Support and scale containerized infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services (e.g., AWS).
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across the stack, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline development workflows and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance infrastructure reliability, security, and performance.
  • Stay current with emerging DevOps and Web3 technologies and recommend improvements to our systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or similar).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and infrastructure as code (e.g., Bash, Python, Terraform).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins) and deployment automation.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
  • Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, DeFi protocols, or decentralized systems.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote team.
