Job description

Talk Straight Ltd’s Schools Broadband division is seeking a highly skilled Third Line Support Engineer to join our busy support team in Ilkley. You will provide advanced technical support for network infrastructure, monitor performance, and lead incident resolution with internal teams and third-party providers.

Requirements

The role requires deep networking knowledge (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs) and experience in an ISP or telecom environment. Hybrid working with 3 days per week at Ilkley office is available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
