Experteer Overview As a Senior IT Project Manager, you lead multi-phase IT implementations and recovery initiatives within 3PL contract logistics.You oversee WMS, TMS, integrations, automation, and related applications across diverse geographies and customers.You steer cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and recover large-scale transformations, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.You will help shape delivery standards and governance while building capable distributed teams in a matrix, international context.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead complex IT programmes across internal teams, vendors, business partners, and customers with clear scope and delivery controls.* Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, standards, and delivery methodologies.* Ensure documentation, approvals, and audit readiness are met.* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define objectives, governance, and success metrics.* Manage programme budgets, risks, and financial performance.* Handle escalations and lead recovery actions in critical delivery situations.* Oversee multi-phase programmes spanning multiple applications, markets, and stakeholders.* Support presales and solution design with timelines, cost estimates, and delivery assumptions.* Foster executive relationships with internal and customer stakeholders, including board-level interactions.Responsabilidades * Bachelor degree or equivalent experience * Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) * Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience * Proven delivery of complex IT programmes in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environments * Experience managing large-scale, multi-country transformation projects * Strong change management and leadership capabilities * Experience in matrix and international environments * Desirable: Agile delivery experience * Desirable: Knowledge of financial ownership and commercial aspects * Desirable: Experience with Blue Yonder and/or Manhattan WMS Requisitos principales *
