Functie

• Develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Lead and develop a team across multiple locations
• Drive cybersecurity, data privacy and compliance initiatives throughout the organisation
• Manage IT projects and transformation programmes, prioritising based on business value and risk
• Oversee application management, infrastructure and IT/OT environments
• Ensure audit readiness and maintain robust documentation, governance and security standards

• Several experience within an international IT environment
• Proven leadership experience managing IT teams and stakeholders
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, privacy, compliance and audit preparation
• Background in Information Technology, Business Informatics or related field
• Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required
