IT Application Manager Robotron eSales

Manager for our EDM system eSales from Robotron. In this role, you will enable the business to use the EDM system efficiently, as well as manage the whole application and it’s interfaces. As the central expert for robotron eSales, you will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors to maintain high availability, optimize processes, and drive digital excellence. ### Your responsibilities: Application Ownership & Operations - Serve as the primary application expert and strategic product owner for Robotron eSales, driving the product vision and roadmap - Ensure stable, secure, and reliable daily operation of the solution, including incident, problem, and change management - Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and integrations in line with IT standards Business Support & Enhancement - Act as the key interface between business and technical teams - Analyze business requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and translate them into
