Job description

Experteer Overview As Principal Data Scientist, Real World Evidence, you will lead RWE projects that illuminate the clinical and regulatory value of Ju**amp;J Innovative Medicine assets.You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to generate evidence from real-world data and support oncology, immunology, neuroscience, and related programs.Your work will shape study designs, analyses, and insights that inform development decisions and submissions.This role offers the opportunity to push methodological boundaries and impact patient outcomes at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Develop and manage a portfolio of RWE projects leveraging real-world data (RWD) and related sources * Incorporate cutting-edge scientific and technological advances to propose new ideas and initiatives * Lead end-to-end RWE studies: research questions, data feasibility, design, analysis, programming, interpretation * Analyze data to support urgent stakeholder requests and provide actionable insights * Ensure quality in design, execution, and publication of RWE studies, and validate models/tools * Create study protocols and statistical analysis plans; deliverables include statistical programming outputs * Communicate complex methods and results clearly to diverse audiences to enable decisions * Align RWE generation with regulatory standards and scientific expectations Responsabilidades * PhD in a quantitative field or Master’s (2+ years post-PhD or 4+ years for Master) in biopharma, RWE consulting, or healthcare * Experience designing and executing studies using real-world healthcare data (claims, EHR, registries) * Hands-on data engineering and data analysis experience * Proven track record delivering high-impact data science projects * Proficiency in R or Python, SPARQL, Cypher * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills * Experience with predictive analytics (ML/DL/forecasting) * Familiarity with drug discovery and clinical development processes in oncology, immunology, neuroscience, or ophthalmology * Hands-on experience with graph neural networks and graph ML methods; bioinformatics exposure with pathway/enrichment analyses Requisitos principales * annual bonus * vacation days * parental leave (min 12 weeks) * bereavement leave * well-being reimbursement * insurance plans
