Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Data Analysts to support warehouse operations through accurate data collection, inventory tracking, and reporting. We are hiring for two positions:

  • Material Data Collection Analyst - responsible for raw material and inventory tracking.
  • Finished Goods Data Collection Analyst - responsible for finished product inventory, shipping accuracy, and reporting., * Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets and processing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Collect and maintain inventory data for raw materials
  • Track material movement within the warehouse
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Update warehouse management systems (WMS) and spreadsheets
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams
  • Generate daily and weekly inventory reports
  • Record and track finished goods inventory
  • Verify shipping and receiving accuracy
  • Monitor product counts and inventory status
  • Maintain accurate data in warehouse systems
  • Support shipping, receiving, and logistics teams
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation and reporting
  • Assist with KPI and operational reporting

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Both roles require strong attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment., * Warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred

  • Strong data entry and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with barcode scanners or WMS systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school diploma or GED required
