Experteer Overview In this role you will implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions (Employee Central and Time Management) for clients, guiding best practices and aligning processes with system capabilities.You will design configurations, run workshops, and transfer knowledge to client teams while collaborating with SD Worx’s global Cloud Business Line.You’ll work to ensure scalable, future-proof implementations that drive value across the employee lifecycle.This is a growth-focused opportunity to shape HR technology delivery at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management solutions * Advise clients on SAP best practices and keep up-to-date with SuccessFactors roadmap * Conduct process walkthroughs to map business processes to solution functionality * Design and configure SuccessFactors deployments aligned with HR best practices * Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client users * Transfer knowledge to customers and maintenance teams for ongoing support * Collaborate with SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation Responsabilidades * Led at least one end-to-end implementation in SuccessFactors EC and/or Time Management * SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification * Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder presentations * Enthusiasm for learning and keeping up with SAP technologies * Good understanding of HR processes * English proficiency (B2-C1) * Autonomy and self-management * Growth mindset and willingness to challenge processes Requisitos principales * Comprehensive training and development programs * Flexible working schedule * Private medical insurance 100% covered * 25 vacation days * Workation: possibility to work from abroad * Laptop and equipment provided
