Job description

  • Betreuung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Clients)
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Update von Hard- und Software
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im 1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerrechten und Zugriffsstrukturen
  • Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Datensicherung
  • Dokumentation von Systemen und Prozessen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Systemadministration von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Servern, Netzwerken und Virtualisierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mindestens gut
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung im IT-Umfeld
