Job description

  • Analyse, Beratung und Betreuung von Kundinnen und Kunden bei ERP-Einführungen und -Optimierungen
  • Aufnahme und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Ableitung von Anforderungen
  • Implementierung, Customizing und Schulung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender
  • Unterstützung bei der Datenmigration und Systemtests
  • Erstellung von Reports und Dokumentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen oder IT-Bereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als ERP-Consultant oder im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Prozessverständnis
  • Reisebereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
