Job description

  • Betreuung und Administration von Servern, Netzwerken und Endgeräten
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im 1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Backuplösungen
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
  • Dokumentation der IT-Systeme und -Prozesse

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Systemadministration von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen, Netzwerktechnik und Virtualisierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mindestens gut
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung im IT-Umfeld
