Job description

  • Verantwortung für die Verwaltung und Archivierung von Unternehmensdokumenten
  • Digitalisierung und Indexierung von physischen Dokumenten sowie Pflege der elektronischen Dokumentenablage
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Dokumentenmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben im Umgang mit Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern im Umgang mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Dokumentenmanagement oder in der Verwaltung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie IT-Affinität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Dokumentenmanagementsystemen
