Job description

Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen in administrativen und kaufmännischen Prozessen Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Rechnungen Pflege von Datenbanken und Dokumentationen Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten Erstellung von Reports, Statistiken und Präsentationen Mitwirkung bei Projekten und Sonderaufgaben

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Support oder in der Sachbearbeitung wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
