Management Systems & Digital Project Coordinator

Help shape the future of our site’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems. In this highly visible role, reporting to the Quality Systems Leader, you will identify and mitigate quality risks, protect employees and customers, and strengthen the processes that support operational excellence. You will also lead meaningful improvement projects-simplifying legacy QMS documentation, advancing digital data collection, and building efficient electronic record-retention systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys modernizing systems, solving problems, and making a lasting impact.

Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Engineering Technology, or similar- required · Exposure, interest in language generative AI- required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software platform Written and verbal command of the English language- required 2 years experience in Manufacturing environment and Project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Digitalization and Modern technology savvy. Organization skills.
