Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead - Spanish Speaking Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead to join a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programme.The successful candidate will take a lead functional role across Oracle HCM Cloud, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and the wider programme to ensure successful delivery.This is a contract opportunity requiring strong Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience and fluent Spanish language skills.Key Responsibilities - Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.- Provide functional leadership across the HCM workstream, ensuring solutions align with business and programme objectives.- Lead workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions.- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules as required.- Review functional specifications and ensure solutions are aligned with Oracle Cloud best practice.- Work closely with technical and integration teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.- Support data migration, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.- Provide guidance and mentoring to other functional consultants.- Identify risks, issues and dependencies within the HCM workstream and work with the programme team to resolve them.- Support business users through UAT, training and go-live activities.- Act as a key functional point of contact for Oracle HCM Cloud.Essential Experience - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.- Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead or Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.- Experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or major transformation programmes.- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and configuration.- Experience working through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements and design through to testing and go-live.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Experience working with both business and technical teams.- Fluent Spanish and English.- Previous experience working in international or multi-country environments.Desirable - Experience across multiple Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation or Payroll.- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and third-party systems.- Experience with data migration and testing.- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.- Experience working on large-scale global Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.

Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead or Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
