Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Findur Developer with expertise in Java and SQL to join our dynamic software engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing core financial systems using Findur, a comprehensive treasury management platform. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our trading and risk management operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex distributed systems, leverage cloud infrastructure, and implement scalable solutions that support our global financial services., * Design, develop, and optimize backend systems utilizing Java, SQL, and Findur platform capabilities to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate system design specifications into robust software solutions following Agile methodologies.
Develop and maintain APIs, web services (RESTful and SOAP), and integrations with third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
Implement system enhancements focusing on scalability, performance, and security within distributed computing environments.
Conduct thorough testing including unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
Participate in system design discussions using UML diagrams and contribute to architecture decisions for system development projects.
Maintain version control using tools like Git or SVN, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to SDLC best practices.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Java programming language with experience in application design and development of backend systems.
Extensive knowledge of SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, including database design and T-SQL scripting.
Hands-on experience with Findur treasury management platform or similar financial software solutions.
Familiarity with front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Bootstrap for UI enhancements.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure providers like AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and system design principles.
Proficiency in version control tools such as Git or TFS and CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment workflows.
Understanding of Agile software development practices including Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
Ability to utilize tools like Visual Studio, Eclipse, or similar IDEs for efficient coding and debugging.
Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript for full-stack development tasks.
