This role serves as both a project leader and technical developer, partnering with business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy solutions using various applications including Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI., * Will lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, analyze business processes, develop low-code applications and dashboards, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable business insights. Build and manage workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Power Apps applications to support business operations. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and user training sessions to support solution adoption. Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and project records. Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery. Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements based on data and operational needs. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of deployed solutions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and digital transformation. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Coordinate project plans, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications., As an employee of PSEG, you should be aware that during emergency restoration efforts, you may be required to perform functions outside of your routine duties and on a schedule that may be different from normal operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years experience; in lieu of degree 12 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or Technology.
  • In Lieu of a degree, 12 years experience with a combination of education and technology experience
  • At least 10 years of experience leading projects, business process improvement initiatives, or technology implementations and developing solutions using Microsoft Power or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated knowledge in creating Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
  • Working with various computer applications such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, Primavera or related data platforms
  • Ability in gathering, documenting and understand business request
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Must meet and maintain nuclear requirements for Unescorted Site Access
  • A valid Real ID or an approved form of alternate documentation (see https://www.pseg.com/IDrequirement) is required for this position by May 7, 2027.
