Enterprise Resilience Specialist

We are seeking an Enterprise Resilience Specialist for a contract opportunity in Lake Mary, FL. This role supports the tactical execution of an Enterprise Resilience program across Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, partnering closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, engineering teams, reliability teams, and technology services., * Coordinate and facilitate Business Impact Analysis campaigns, including stakeholder outreach, meeting facilitation, progress tracking, and quality review.

• Support the development, review, maintenance, and version control of Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans using established standards and templates.
• Partner with engineering, reliability, infrastructure, and AWS stakeholders to document RTO, RPO, dependencies, backup strategies, failover approaches, and resiliency posture.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate business continuity and disaster recovery tabletop or technical exercises, documenting outcomes and tracking remediation actions.
• Maintain Enterprise Resilience records, workflows, templates, datasets, dashboards, and reports within the GRC platform.
