Kompetenter Ansprechpartner in allen IT-Fragen des täglichen Betriebs Sicherstellung des Betriebs der eingesetzten IT-Infrastruktur Problemmanagement Unterstützung bei der Störungsbehebung Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender Analyse und Dokumentation von aufgetretenen Fehlersituationen
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich Gute Grundkenntnisse in der Betreuung von Betriebssystemen für Server und Clients Erfahrung in der technischen Kundenbetreuung und hohe Kundenorientierung Gute Englischkenntnisse Selbstständige, vorrausschauende Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität Kommunikationsvermögen und Serviceorientierung
