Ansprechpartner für Anwender bei Problemen Durchführung des IT-Supports Analyse und Identifikation von Fehlersituationen Entgegennahme und Klassifizierung von Störungsmeldungen Installation und Konfiguration von Software sowie die Durchführung von Updates
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und/oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im Support Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Windows- und Server-Umgebung Gute Englischkenntnisse Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise Kommunikationsfähigkeit
