Data Engineer

• Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Build automation and reporting tools using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
• Work with cloud platforms for data storage and processing
• Support the design of data models and data warehouses
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver reliable datasets
• Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot data quality issues
• Document technical processes and workflows

Our client is looking for a Data Engineer with 1-2 years’ postgraduate experience to join their growing data team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has hands-on experience building data pipelines and wants to develop further in a supportive, hands-on environment., * 1-2 years’ experience in a data engineering or related role

• Experience with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
• Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform
• Experience with Python or similar programming language
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with data warehousing tools (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, dbt)
• Experience with Git/CI-CD
