Job description

Falcon Smart IT is seeking a seasoned HCM Solution Architect to lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation workstream. You will drive end-to-end HCM architecture, integrate Employee Central and Payroll with Ariba, Concur, and analytics layers, and ensure alignment with finance and non-SAP systems.

Requirements

You will manage the full testing and deployment lifecycle, address delays in build/configuration, and engage stakeholders through workshops and governance forums. Strong EU/global rollout experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
