Job description

Falcon Smart IT Limited is seeking an experienced HCM Solution Architect to lead the HCM workstream within a large SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will drive end-to-end HCM architecture, design and oversee integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, and manage testing and cutover activities.

Requirements

The role requires 10+ years in SuccessFactors with at least 3 full-cycle implementations, strong program delivery skills, and excellent stakeholder management to navigate complex multi-system environments in #J-18808-Ljbffr
