Job description

Building modern frontend solutions using React, TypeScript and micro frontend architectures.
Designing and developing backend services using Java and cloud-native technologies.
Working closely with Product, UX and Engineering teams to translate requirements into high-quality solutions.
Strong experience with system design.
Leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and reliability.
Contributing to API development, integrations and scalable platform services.
Supporting performance, monitoring, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participating in Agile ceremonies and collaborating across multiple engineering teams.

Requirements

Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
Excellent Java development experience, including modern web services and APIs.
Experience working with Micro Frontends (MFE) and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures.
Proven experience with AWS and cloud-based deployment environments.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and scalable distributed systems.
Experience with Git, automated testing and modern software engineering best practices.
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative working skills., * Experience with Agentic AI, AI-powered development tools, or AI-enabled product features.
Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD tooling.
Understanding of monitoring, observability, SLIs and SLOs.
Experience working on large-scale consumer-facing platforms.
Knowledge of experimentation, analytics and A/B testing environments.
