Technical Service Engineer

Green Power Technologie is a global provider of photovoltaic, energy management, and e-mobility solutions, a value-added partner (VAP) of Huawei and a market leader in Europe and Africa.Committed to the energy transition, our mission is to accelerate the distribution and adoption of innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions, offering high value-added products and services for both businesses and individuals.In a strong growth phase, Green Power Technologie has built solid relationships with more than 500 clients, reaching over 6.5 GW of installed capacity across its markets.Who are we?Green Power Technologie is a global provider of photovoltaic, energy management, and e-mobility solutions, a value-added partner (VAP) of Huawei and a market leader in Europe and Africa.Committed to the energy transition, our mission is to accelerate the distribution and adoption of innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions, offering high value-added products and services for both businesses and individuals.In a strong growth phase, Green Power Technologie has built solid relationships with more than 500 clients, reaching over 6.5 GW of installed capacity across its markets.As a Service Engineer (Portugal) , you will be responsible for providing both post-sales technical support, ensuring the proper performance of our photovoltaic and energy storage solutions.What you’ll do Provide post-sales technical support to clients (distributors, installers, EPCs).Participate in post-sales support, resolving technical queries.Perform commissioning and on-site technical support (~20%).Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in PV and ESS systems.Manage and follow up on technical tickets until resolution.Participate in technical meetings with clients and partners.Deliver technical training sessions on products and solutions.Act as the technical interface between clients and manufacturers.Support key events and trade fairs when technical presence is required.Ensure high-quality service, maintaining clear and professional communication even in critical situations.What we’re looking for Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar .At least 2 years of experience in technical support (pre-sales or post-sales) in the photovoltaic sector.Experience with: Residential, C&I and utility-scale PV systems and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Knowledge of communication protocols: Modbus, TCP/IP, Ethernet and RS485 Experience in troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.Experience with leading inverter brands (Huawei, Sungrow, etc.) is a plus.Availability to travel and perform on-site visits.Strong ability to interact with clients and clearly explain technical solutions.Portuguese (mandatory) Spanish (nice to have) Customer-oriented mindset Problem-solving ability Ability to work independently Ability to manage critical situations Teamwork Recruitment process Pre-screening call HR interview Technical interview Final feedback / offer What we offer Career development opportunities in a growing company Flexible and hybrid work options Intensive working hours during summer and fridays Dynamic, international and technical environment Strong commitment to sustainability and innovation #J-*****-Ljbffr

At least 2 years of experience in technical support (pre-sales or post-sales) in the photovoltaic sector. Experience with: Residential, C&I and utility-scale PV systems and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Knowledge of communication protocols: Modbus, TCP/IP, Ethernet and RS485 Experience in troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
